DJ Shadow is the stage Joshua Paul Davis, musician and the founder of trip-hop. Known after he released his first full album Sampled (Endtroducing ... in 1996), in connection with what was in the Guinness Book of Records. Also participant of the first composition of the UNKLE project (1994-1998), along with its founder James Lavelle.
Josh Davies sympathized with the pioneers of hip-hop, to seek new forms and new sounds, chose the path of the experimenter, and has created a luxurious sound palette, sparkling new shades, rich samples and DJ lotions soaked echoes of ambient, trip-hop and dance electronics.
