Sia Kate Isobelle Furler with her stage name Sia is an Australian singer and songwriter. She started off as a singer in the local Adelaide acid jazz band Crisp in the 1990s. In 1997, when Crisp dissolved, she recorded her first studio album named OnlySee. Shortly after that she moved to London, and started as lead vocals for British duet Zero 7. Sia's style combines hip hop, funk and soul as a base for her music. In 2014, she was ranked the 97th richest Australian person under the age of 40 by BRW magazine. Her art has earned an array of accolades, including ARIA Awards and MTV Music Awards.
