August 9 — 16, 2017
Budapest, Hungary

Why you should go there

Most probably one of the biggest music and art events of summer 2017 in Europe and for sure an Eastern Europe’s “Burning Man” variant. It has even earned the “Europe’s best Major Festival” reward.

The island based festival can go with any taste imaginable — looking for a rating gypsy music? Go there. More into the electronic music or some Russian bizarre fashion shows with eclectically art on top? No problem. It’s more then 30 venues, 1000 performances in a week and interactive art places are spread throughout the island. Check out the Labyrinth loved by most - where your path is determined by the fate of the cards, or Luminariem, resembling an sic fi cathedral. The crowd is more international then local still you can get a lot more national vibe on the Hungarian Music Day.

Budapest being in the heart of Europe together with it’s own mix of cultures and indescribable wine is not less of an attraction itself.
